Tumble Type SB Machine

The tumble design is widely accepted as one of the most effective blasting processes for removing scale, rust and burrs from mass production parts. The tumble blast machine‘s endless rubber belt gently rotates the work pieces and uniformly exposes them to the abrasive stream for the entire blasting time.

Hook/Hanger Type

Hanger type shot blast machine are among the most flexible types of blasting equipment. They are used to remove rust, scale, sand and burrs from many kinds of work pieces. Hanger type shot blast machine are also used for the finish blasting of sensitive work pieces or to roughen work piece surfaces for subsequent coating.

Roller Conveyor Type

Roller conveyor shot blast machines are used to descale and derust profiles, sheets and fabrications. Using cross conveyors, a roller conveyor system can be linked with individual process steps, such as blasting, preservation, sawing and drilling. Unloading can be effected directly into different containers or onto a transport belt.

Drum Type SB Machine

In Drum type shot blast machine small work pieces are blasted as bulk goods. Thus they can be used in production lines or for stand-alone configurations.

Drum shot blast machines are manufactured in several different variants, types and sizes. They are compact and only have a very small footprint. Continuous throughput can be realised by linking several machines.

Overhead Rail Type

Overhead rail shot-blast machines are suitable for a wide range of applications. The work pieces are manually hung up or laid down. The blasting process can be effected in an ideal way by changing the rotational direction and by oscillation of the hangers in front of the turbines.

Portable Abrasive Recovery System

  • Recover all the abrasives lying on your shopfloor with ease

  • Highly effective vacuum system to recover material

  • Internal separation system to segregate usable abrasives from fines and oversize material

  • Only 1 worker required for performing the whole operation

  • Cost Savings on multiple fronts: recovered abrasives, lower labour requirement, better operating mix maintained
